Ingredients

  • 1 Banana (+ 1/2 avocado)
  • 1/2 cup=1,25dl Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup=1,25dl Blueberries
  • 2 cups=5dl Almond milk (non sweetened)
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or Virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp Organic vanilla extract (or about 2 tsp powder)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except the MCT oil into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Continue blending while pouring MCT or coconut oil into blender in a steady stream.
  3. Ready to serve!
