  • 4 dl=1,6c Almond milk
  • 2,5 dl=1c Tart cherries
  • 0,5dl=0,2c Walnuts
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Organic vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Coconut nectar


  1. Pit the cherries - you can use fingers or an opened paper clip to remove the seeds.
  2. Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Walnut benefits for sleep:
