Delicious Veggie Burgers – Gluten-Free

Oh my gosh, these are absolutely delicious veggie burgers! All three colors with a different look and flavor. You can find my gluten-free Overnight Veggie Bread recipe to make the burger buns or Overnight flatbread recipe what I used as a base dough for the red beetroot bread. Both recipes are fine for adding veggies for color and extra nutrition. Overnight flatbread contains some gluten-free oatmeal flour (along with other flours, naturally free of gluten) and the Veggie Bread recipe contains almond flour instead of gluten-free oatmeal flour. You can choose the flour option you like. See the other ingredients from the recipes links.

Seasoned Sweet Potato Fries.

  1. Cut the sweet potatoes into nice big chunks.
  2. Sprinkle virgin olive oil around the chunks allowing the seasoning to stick.
  3. Use Himalayan salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder and white pepper for seasoning. I use them a lot! You can also find a ready-made spice mix for french fries to use.
  4. Bake sweet potato fries for about 30 minutes (200°c=400°F) along with the eggplant slices.
  5. Ready to serve!

  • Gary "Kari" Trend 3 years ago Srirachoja on erillaisia. Parhaaksi on osottautunut se läpinäkyvä purkki, jossa kukon kuva. Ja nimenomaan vihreällä korkilla. Mutta tuota majoneesiblanista en ole vielä kokeillutkaan. Mielenkiintoinen combo. Pitää testata. Reply
