  • 1/2 Galia melon, chopped
  • 1 dl=0,4c Baby spinach, fresh (measured loosely in a cup)
  • 1 dl=0,4c Leaf parsley, fresh (measured loosely in a cup)
  • 1 dl =0,4c Mint, fresh
  • Coconut water (small bottle = around 4dl=1,6c)


  1. Combine the melon bites, spinach, leif parsley, mint and coconut water. Blend until smooth.
